InstructionsIn a large mixing bowl, combine the cheeses, bacon, and seasonings; mix well. Spoon about 2 tablespoonfuls into each half. Roll in bread crumbs. Place in a greased 15 x 10 x 1 baking pan. Bake uncovered at 300 for 20 minutes. Yields about 2 dozen. |

InstructionsRemove stems from the mushrooms; set caps aside. In a large bowl combine bacon, red pepper, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in cheeses and oil. Fill each mushroom cap with about 1 tablespoon of filling. Place on foil - lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 16 - 20 minutes. |

InstructionsDrizzle olive oil into a large pot of boiling salted water. Add pasta and cook 6 to 8 minutes until tender. Meanwhile, heat the milk and cream in saucepan. Do not boil. In a large pot, melt butter and add the flour. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes stirring with a whisk. Still whisking add the milk mixture and cook for two more minutes. Turn off the heat and add the cheeses, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the cooked macaroni, lobster and stir well. Place the mixture into 8 individual gratin dishes. Add the bread crumbs to the top and serve. |
